This Contest 46 has been owned by the same family since its built in 1992. Over the years, they have thoroughly enjoyed the boat and have maintained it with dedication, something that is immediately noticeable.

The interior layout offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people across 3 cabins. The owner’s cabin, located aft, is ensuite and has independent access through the passageway next to the galley. The two guest cabins are located forward: one with a double bed and the other, to port, with two bunks. The guest bathroom is located to starboard. The saloon features a large sofa to port with a dining table, and another sofa to starboard next to the chart table.

The boat is powered by a 100 HP Volvo diesel engine, which has been regularly maintained. It is equipped with a generator, bow thruster, B&G electronics, autopilot and Furuno radar. The teak deck was renewed a few years ago. The sloop rigging is fitted with hydraulic furling system for the mainsail and the headsail, making it easy to handle.

The Contest 46 is a center-cockpit cruiser known for its solid and robust construction, ideal for both cruising and long-distance ocean trips. It offers excellent performance in all weather conditions, making it a perfect choice for those seeking safety and comfort at sea.
