Oyster 46 – Year 2005 (No.03)
Oyster 46 sailing yacht, built to the renowned standards of the British shipyard, delivered new in 2005 to its sole owner. Before delivery, the owner requested a series of modifications and equipment upgrades directly from the yard to match his personal sailing style and requirements.

Well-regarded in the yachting industry for their reliability on ocean passages and high-quality craftsmanship, Oyster yachts combine structural strength, bluewater-oriented design, and onboard comfort, making them a worldwide benchmark in the luxury cruising segment.

Over the past 20 years, the owner has carried out continuous maintenance and upgrades to preserve and enhance the vessel.

Some of the most recent works and upgrades include:

• Inspection and replacement of seacocks

• Propeller shaft inspection

• Full engine service

• New engine turbocharger

• Removal and reinstallation of windows with new seals

• Renewal of Sikaflex joints on the teak deck

• New stainless steel anchor and chain

• Antifouling paint application

• Installation of Ultrasonic 20 Series II ultrasonic hull protection system

Other works and upgrades include:

• One-piece aluminium mast built in New Zealand

• Carbon in-boom furling system

• Replacement of standing and running rigging

• Replacement of the original bow and stern thrusters for another with retractable systems

• Replacement of the electric winch control buttons

• Replacement of exterior speakers with flush-mounted speakers

• Modification of saloon sofas

• Corian galley countertop and sinks

• Camera system for seabed monitoring during anchoring

• Plus other additional works
