Cancellation policy:
Due to bad weather:
When we are forced to cancel a departure due to bad weather (rain, waves of more than 1 m or wind greater than 25 kt) we will proceed to look for an alternative date when the boat is available and the client can leave with the boat.
If no date is found when the boat is available, and the client has the possibility of leaving, the total amount paid for the boat reservation will be refunded.
On the part of the Client:
If the client cancels the reservation, for any reason other than COVID-19 (Positive PCR or mobility restrictions), the following procedure will be followed:
1. If notice is given more than 15 days in advance, 50% of the total amount agreed for the boat rental reservation will be refunded.
2. If less than 15 days’ notice is given, the amount paid for the boat rental reservation will not be refunded.

In the event that, due to force majeure, which may include the breakdown of the boat, the boat cannot be delivered, Victory yachts Charter S.L. undertakes to inform the client immediately, as well as to put all the necessary humanly possible means to solve the problem.
In the event of finally not being able to make the departure with the reserved boat, Victory yachts Charter S.L. undertakes to return 100% of the amount paid by the client for the reservation of the boat
